I will migrate to SambaPOS very soon and the problem I am having with my actual POS system is that if a waiter takes a table, then another waiter can take the same table at the same time. I don’t want that to happen. If I use SambaPOS will I be allow to restrict that?
You mean in your current POS… it does not flag the table? Allowing a mistake like two tickets created for same table? Maybe more detail with what your describing can help us answer your question better.
I just made the test and I checked that SambasPOS solved that problem by allowing you to create different tickets on the same table. The old POS does not do that, it was awful.
