Metrik app not accessing data

Hello everybody

Having issue with metrik. I follow the guide step by step and pretty sure didn’t miss anything. But still getting this error

I followed this guide:

Hello @Faisal,

Uninstall the Metrik V2 Setup and reinstall it by making sure that you are shutting SambaPOS V5 Pro down before you click on the Generate button as indicated Step 3 Important Note part;
