Hello. I have a client who was loged out of metrik. He forgot his password. I am trying to reset it but it seems that I cannot. I click on forgot password then entering email address. I am getting a code to his email entering code to metriks then entering new password it comes green screen saying password was successfully changed. After that I am trying to login but it says password or email is incorrect.
@joskis please email [email protected] and include the Metrik qrcode for that location.
