Metrik - Unable to get data

Hi team,

Im triying to use metrik, so the app won get data

I unnistalled the SambaPOS connect, turn off the antivirus and firewall and dont works
I check the windows services and the service “metriK service” is running
I also reinstalled the SambaPOS in the last version

My OS is windows 7 and my SQL Express is 2014

Is possible check the metriK logs?
Which ports uses SambaPOS Connect?

Do you have a license? Did you sync with QR code?

Yes! I have a valid license, and I sync the mobile app with the QR code
