Mobile Client - Orders Prints But Doesnt Add to the ticket

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if anyone had this problem before but it is a bit scary for me. This is happening to me for the 2nd time. Whenever an order is sent from mobile client, the tickets are printing from the printers (Bar and Kitchen) however for some reason the items are not being added to the ticket. I am not sure what is the reason behind it and yes I do have a lot of customization to rules and actions.

The way it happens is: Orders can be still added from the Computer and it would work fine for that specific table. Whenever anything else is added from mobile client, it would print but not added to the bill. If the bill is closed and a new bill is open for that table then mobile client would work fine for the table again.

I hope I was clear enough and someone can help me.

Are you letting other users access the tickets from mobile client?

Yes I do, do you think it has anything to do with this? I can turn it off to test the case if you suggest.

I tried turning off let other users access the tickets setting, the issue reappeared again today even with that setting. I guess it is not related to that setting.
