You need to set your max to more than 1 in Sambapos order tag settings.
I have already set the tag to accept multiple variants, from the mobile version 5 it lets me do it, from the server it just lets me activate or deactivate the tag
You don’t have it set right. It works if it is. Please show screenshots we can’t see what you have done. Show your tags and your group settings

It’s hard to tell in the video it didn’t show it for very long but it looked like you had it set to 1 for every tag.
is set to minimum 0 maximum 5
Pretty sure it says 1 on each tag. But you didn’t do a screenshot you did video and it shows it for a brief second.

if you have prefixes you cannot make the multiple choice from the server but only from the app
