Pls Can anyone help me out with my Inventory problem. When i sell my inventory items, the inventory stock does not reduce but remain the same. I cannot also run cost report and Inventory Report at Reports at the end of the day.
Not unless you show your Inventory and Recipe setup.
Which Inventory Tutorials have you read?
Of course you can. You just showed screenshots of running those Reports.
The inventory stock does not Reduce that is the problem. for instance if i purchased 3 Beer and sell 2 and i run the report it will still remain 3. in the warehouse stock still remain the same.
Do you have Recipes?
Without Recipes, Inventory will not be consumed, because it does not know which Inventory Item(s) to consume for the Product that you are selling.
So your recipe and inventory item is wrong. I suggest reading one of the inventory tutorials.

Show the Product card for Club Beer (L).
Show a Sale of Club Beer (L) … show the Ticket.
