That screenshot really doesn’t tell us anything except the color of your buttons. Can you post more helpful pictures so we can understand what the issue may be.
It’s not printing anything
I’ve tried everything but the print bill button is not active
Go to Manage > Automation > Automation Commands > Print Bill > Mappings
Take a photo and post it here so we can see those settings
