Right now if staff right now ticket is show at down

Change the sort order by clicking on the column header for whichever one you want to sort by…

as I said earlier mouse over to “Op-Cls” or “Date”, then click If the order is still not what you want, click it one time to see whether result is what you want.

“Op-Cls” is a column header in your ticket list

Hey mate can I ask you how you have so many columns showing up on Ticket explorer. When I am adding any new one it just wont save.

Those are default columns for the main ticket lister.
Can you scroll horizontally? Not just got a small screen or high scaling.
