Hi guys is there anyway I can set the order status to a new one after I click on print bill? Because I am using sambapos V4 as a ordering kiosk for user to select the food they want and upon clicking on print bill the printed order will be close, reset and ready for the next user in queue to place a new order.
Put close ticket action inside your print bill rule.
