You wouldn’t want to have duplicate ticket numbers as would undoubtibly at some point cause automation conflists and pretty sure it’s not possible.
For that type of reference number for to lets you would want to use a ticket tag.
yes, thats my point…and supposedly they shouldnt be the same since im assignin different number generators to differente ticket types and to differente departments.
the department “bajas” its being used for wastages so…the duplicate “shouldnt” be a problem since they being assign to differente departments. i really dont care much for the ticket number of “bajas” i just want to keep them apart, because the ticket number of “restaurante” is the one that it has to be presented to the legal authorities.
You can only have 1 number generator for ticket type. Doesn’t matter about department. As far as keeping them separate just filter the report to a specific department before you send it to them.
