Hi team i have a serious issue when waiters add ticket, the captain order prints without waiter name insteead of name I get a (*) how can I get over this.
that means the user is logging out before the ticket is finished closing. You may be using auto logout or a logout user action to soon.

You need to stop using auto logout instead build an automation using logout user action so it does not log the user out too fast.

Or you can set a ticket tag with the user’s name automatically when a ticket is created and print that tag on the chit
