Open the tickets with different department status bar not changes according to the department

I have created 3 departments. Then i have created one ticket under the department 1 (Ticket No 1) and then i am working with another department 2, then i can go to the ticket search and tried to open the Ticket No 1 which is i have created in under department 1. Problem is now i am opening that ticket while i am in the department 2… because of that ticket is opening on the department 2. But i need, while open the ticket according to the department needs to be change in the status bar also.
