What are the minimum requirements for v3 and v4?

Both should run with XP however Win7 is recommended for SQL Server.
btw what do you think about that? Question about Order Tag prefixing

Win7 32bit - Best for SQL and easy to get printer drivers.
Intel Dual Core 2Ghz minimum - faster is better for large databases.
2Gb RAM
I use a Win8 Tablet, Atom 1.8Ghz CPU, 2Gb RAM over Wifi (the server is i7 laptop) and this would be absolute minimum.

I see this old topic. i dont want to open the topic again. I am going to buy pc to use sambapos in my cafe.I want all in one pc with touch screen. The link below is website of casper N200… The system requirements enough for sambapos v4?

I would advise that a device with only 2GB RAM is not enough to run the Database Engine and SambaPOS at the same time. You could use that as a “client” device that connects to the DB on a more substantial PC though.
