how do go about creating a option box where as when a customer is cashed out. A message will pop up asking whether you want to print the receipt or not ?
you can use an ask question action for this with two buttons, print receipt and cancel. then you need to setup rules and action that respond to each button press.
Pressing print will print a receipt and pressing cancel will just close the ask question screen and close the ticket ready for a new transaction
