Order Tags Should Have Unique Names?

I get this Message while creating Order Tags. Why do order tags have to have unique names? I need to create loads of different Order Tags and some will contain the same names in the Order Tag List. This was not the case with modifiers in v2.

can this restriction be lifted pls @Emre

Okay problem quickly solved. When I entered the Sort Order Tag I noticed two [New Property] which was not showing on main Order Tag List for some reason. Once they re-appeared I deleted them and problem solved.
