Pop-up caller id

Hi all,

I have USR5639 56K* USB Softmodem its working fine but I can’t make the caller id pop-up window coming out .

hen I tried the modem in the putty its give me the right information but nothing in the samba

Have you installed caller ID module and configured it?

yes i did till Step 2 as you seen in my screen print

Did you install and setup the module in SambaPOS?

Ok so it is installed. Did you configure it?

Pretty sure with v5 you have to configure more than just your com port. Configure the Entity Type Name, Department Name, Entity Screen Name, etc. You also need to configure the Detail format.

Also baud rate shouldn’t be 0 - set it same as your modem and as set in Windows.
