Pop-up Modifier!

Hello Guys,

I was wondering if its possible to customize it in way when a you select an item in the menu, there is an automatic pop-up that ask the server to add the modifier.

Example: Server enters STEAK and right after a screen pops up and ask the server How They Like The STEAK?: Rare, Medium Rare, Well Done…etc

I know all that can be done via Order Tag and stuff and we are talking about saving few seconds in the workflow, but I think it will be nice to have.

Do you know Auto Select feature? When you enable Auto Select for menu items on Menus > Edit Product Properties, order tags will appear just after order added to ticket.

Using Order Tags as Product Modifiers

You can use Order Tags to define modifiers for menu items. With SambaPOS V4 you can define global, product group based or product based order tags. Let’s see how it works. I’ll start by defining Global Modifiers. They will work for all products in my menu. Navigate to Management > Tickets > Order Tags and Add a new order tag group.
