So yes, you want to setup a print bill button that prints the unpaid ticket, heres one way you could do it, might need to slightly alter for your needs

Print Customer Receipt after Processing Payment

This is a common question and it’s answered over and over. Maybe we should make it more clear in documentation how to accomplish this. However this is what you would need to do. Create a `Payment Processed` rule. Set Custom Constraint as `Remaining Amount` Equals `0` Add `Print Bill` Action to the Rule set default mapping and save it. Your still a little vague with your explanation?
These are open tickets not customer account?
Are they multiple tickets on one customer or you want to print all open tickets for all customers?

Sorry for confusing, the main point is to print customer statement as image

i have already found the direction from sambapos customer account, & the problem now is how do I print customer account details layout as the attached image above, is that possible in custom report?
