Print ticket as orders

I have a problem a little trickier than other posted so far:
I need to print a ticket that contains a list of ticket. I’ll explain:
For some customer, when they come to eat, i do create and rint not fiscal ticket. (for example ticket number = 10, 11, 12, 13.
at the end of the month i would like to print a series of non-fiscal ticket (10, 11, 12, 13) in one fiscal ticket (for example n. 14).
so in the end I’ll have a ticket will not have orders, but other ticket

Ticket n. 14

  • ticket n 10 100 euro
  • ticket n. 11 50 euro
  • ticket n 12 20 euro
  • ticket n.13 50 euro
    --------------------- total 220 euro

Sounds like you want to setup a ‘credit account’?

That could be possible but it wouldnt be through Ticket Printer. You would have to create a report and send the report to the fiscal printer. Formatting the report for the fiscal printer might be tricky…

That is somewhat what he wants yes but he is using a fiscal printer and probably needs a specific setup. @gioalba can you explain your need for this further so we can understand your business flow?

it is just a credit account. but the problem is that I should print the list of tickets not yet paid as if they were orders, another ticket. the first ticket are only not fiscal ticket (not paid), while the last is a ticket with which pays all non-fiacal receipts

Well we’re in a terminology conflict… lol.

@gioalba did you tried printing a report through customer’s account summary? Such customers does not always pays exact ticket amounts. For example his balance can be $123 but he can pay $100… So tracking (and printing) it through customer’s account history can be a better idea.

first of all thank you for your availability. this is a great forum :smile:. I know this is a strange request, but is done for legal reasons. a client has to leave the club with a ticket always official. if him do not pay me how do I make him a fiscal ticket? so i can make a ticket non-fiscal that if he do not pay at least i not lose taxes. printing of account as i can change to make it like that of a ticket? And Also how i can print not all ticket in list but only some ticket of The list?

A direct answer to your question is no you cant combine ticket prints into one ticket. You can create reports either through custom reports or through accounts like @emre said.

What would be the determining factor for which tickets are printed and which are not?

I do not know. maybe I could put a tag on a ticket when it was printed The first once

Why did you ask that if you do not know?

If your only going to print some of the tickets then how do you determine which ones you do want to print and which ones you dont? I mean why… as a business flow why do you only want to print some of the tickets.

excuse I wanted to write “I don’t know yet.” why I want to print only a few ticket is that, in the detail of an account when i press button print, sambapos print all list. in this list can also be ticket already paid. instead if I could choose what ticket to print, I could select only those that go in the fiscal ticket, this may be a solution for me

Ok with custom reports you can do this. You can filter Paid and Unpaid tickets. We are referring to actual Tickets right and not Customer Accounts?

no i refer to the customer’s account. I only know how to put a tag on a ticket already added to account customer
