Hello, anyway i can hide the print ticket button on the left side of the screen or not useable by the cashier when a order is started and after settle screen
I had few tickets printed before transactions were finished
I have set up ask for receipt after transaction is finished so I really need that button not to be functional before Its finished

Are you wanting it to print only when payment received? If not what determines when an order is finished?
Yes only when transaction is finished as i have it set up to ask screen anyway
This if because i have one cashier printing tickets before they were paid ex.she got a pop printed ticket but never paid
Alternatively What I do is have a different pritner template when the ticket is printer before it is closed. and have
PREVIEW ONLY
at the top and bottom of the ticket
