Printer Confusion

Hello,

I am running one machine. Compact 4.0 I have two identical Epson printers.
I have read the tutorials on setting up printers. I have chosen different printers for kitchen and bill rules, automation etc. It is still printing everything on the one printer. Not sure what I am doing wrong. The printers have different names and are on USB ports 001,002.

Thank you, I found the problem was the way I had the printers set up in windows.This was very helpful.
