Printer Template Line Break

Is there a way to insert a line break or lines that will split up the starters from the mains from the desserts?

Do a search for courses, there are a few methods.
I have mine split in to courses;

       --
     Mains x2

   1 x XXXXXX
   2 x XXXXXXX

        --
    Desserts x1
   1x XXXX
