My kitchen is a meter behind me, and I pass them the tickets when the ‘close’ button is pressed and it prints out the ticket.
Some of my staff forget to hit ‘close’ and therefore it means orders are missed until the register is used again. Is there a way of changing the actions so that instead of pressing close it prints the ticket, it does as soon as ‘cash’ is pressed instead?
I have the ‘open cash drawer’ execution already set up on my till, so im guessing it should be something relitively simple?
