Printing to ketichen also print to invoice printer

hi all, i want, when the order close, it will be printing ticket order to the kitchen printer also print to invoice printer,
so i set the print order to kitchen like the image below, but it’s not working, it just printing to the first printer not to second printer.

and the other question, i have 2 floor restaurant, i want use tablet and one printer for the 2nd floor, how the setting so when i order from the second floor, the ticket print on the second floor printer…

you need create new printer job:

create action for new printer job:

create rules for print bill only 2 floor:

or use mappings ( for chis table create new use role) as an alternative:
