When I insert a new customer or trying to edit an existing one I can not
Create an account or edit
The button of the Add Account \ Account Details
not clickable
Anyone know why?

Check in “entity type-> general setting->Account name template.”
If it’s [name]-[phone] you need to fill the blank as name and phone when you create an account and then you could open account details.
