Problem with printout

Hi I’m Chris,

I bought Sambapos V5 two weeks ago because on weekend we will have a big event. But now I have the broblem that the single printout sometimes is right and sometimes it dosen’t cut or writes the next order in the last order tag.
I hope someone can help me.

Well you don’t have cut command in that template so either it’s in seperate template in which case please show it and the rule/action firing it or your using driver cut after print option in which case it’s outside of sambas control.

As for the printed output.
Are you sure your notconfused between kitchen print and ticket/receipt?
have you got it set to print per order on template/job option? Can’t read your language so can’t see exactly what’s happening.

Hmm, I use TM-T88III as well. I don’t have cut command in template but it cut paper correctly after each print. I don’t even use Epson driver, I use generic text printer

With cut command I have the same problem.

try create a new printer using generic text only printer driver and see if it still the same.
