I can not delete or change this ticket. As you see status is paid. But Delivery is waiting. So in the ticket lister 1 (Custom delivery package) the ticket all time seems. How i can i solve this problenm?
Create a reopen settled ticket button, action and rule to allow you to reopen ticket so you can then change your delivery state
You might need to create an update ticket state action, rule and button that appears for paid tickets so you can press the button to change or remove the delivery state
I have reopen settled ticket button… I click it i try to change but program gives error and shut down sambapos… I cancel gift ,void also settle again but these are useless when i click close button, an error screen appear when close error sambapos shutdown

In the error box there is a tab that says detailed report you need to click that and copy and paste everything that it says so people can see the error report to find what that problem is
It looks like to me your attempting to close an unsettled ticket. You reopened it but did not cancel any payments. Also when you voided it the only thing it did was change the State from Waiting to New. It did not actually void it. So you have several things happening here.
More than likely the root of your problem is you have modified your flow and something is conflicting in the closing portion of the ticket.
Please if you can click the Detail Report tab on that error box and then press Copy then come here and paste it in a forum post, highlight the entire post and then press the </> Button.
I have delivery set up and when employee settled the ticket without assign the delivery driver than it stay under Delivery Ticket.
this is how I remove those ticket from Delivery Ticket list
Reopen the ticket
Assign Driver
Settle Ticket
this way ticket disappear from the Delivery Ticket

that might be your issue, if the ticket type is blank you might have an action in a rule that you havent set up fully. Check any update ticket type actions and ensure you have a value in it, such as Delivery or whatever it is you want to call that ticket. It sounds like the update ticket type action is blank so it is updating your ticket type but as it is blank it has updated it to blank.
dunno if that is this issue but worth having a quick check to see if that update ticket type action in the rule is set up correctly
Every action and rule is ok. All action and rule for delivery working well now. The ticket we mention created when i was trying to set up custom delivery package system. And after i completed settings, the ticket stayed on waiting status (but paid) so it appear on my ticket lister 1 secreen. I can not do anything to change its status or delete it.
There is a few things you can try. These are listed from least-destructive/invasive to most destructive/invasive. Try them in this order and Stop when you find which works.
1) Re-settle the Ticket:
Ensure your Re-open Settled Ticket button executes both Actions for Re-open and Cancel Payments. If not, change the Rule so that it contains both actions, re-open the Ticket, and Settle the Ticket (don’t try to close it).
2) Delete the Ticket Transaction(s):
Find the Transaction Document for the Ticket (#226) in Manage > Accounts > Transactions, and open/edit it. Delete the Transactions within the Document one by one starting from the bottom/last transaction, while clicking the Save button after each deletion. If you can successfully delete the Transactions, then pull up the Ticket and try to Settle it again.
3) Correct the Ticket manually in the Database:
be sure to make a DB backup before you attempt this!
Using SSMS, find the Ticket in the [Tickets] table in the DB, and correct the missing information (i.e. the Ticket Type).

This will cause loss of any changes or Transactions that are performed on your local DB while you wait for the corrected DB to be returned.
Backup your DB, compress it to ZIP and send it as an attachment in a PM to a user of your choice for correction. Then restore the corrected DB when it is returned to you.

Download and install it if you haven’t already. Then run it and make sure you can connect to the SQL Server.
When that is done, expand the Databases folder and look for the SambaPOS database. Select the DB and click the button at the top of the window to open a New Query. Paste the query below into the Query Window, then click Execute, or hit F5…
