Purchase Inventory Items Problem

Dear all,
i try to purchase inventory items from Inventory\Transaction. It is successful but something wrong: "the stock go to both “Purchase and Consumption”. I attached my setting print screens. Please, help me to figure out.

Purchase transaction type should appear like that.

Has somebody ever come across this problem when you click on the purchase botton from the warehouse, There is no column for Name, Normally with Select Inventory Item, Iike in image below

I have this problem and not find solution for it

• When I make purchases by clicking on Warehouses / then purchasing and specifying the quantities and prices of the product and its storage location.
  Why, when I go to the warehouses / then to the store that was specified in the purchase process or the stores report, do I notice that the number of quantities or prices of the purchased product was not affected or changed automatically?
