That is the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, which is usually already installed on most modern systems, but can sometimes be missing on older systems that have not been updated. Download and install from here: [https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685) You can (and should) install both the x86 and x64 versions if your OS supports it. ---

Hi thanks for you support I managed to access it locally I.e on LAN but out of that network its not possible to access how do you take to WAN ---

Some of these points might be optional and not necessary. Start at the top and work your way down. They are listed in order of importance (ie. first point is mandatory). It’s no longer available. The author passed away almost 8 years ago and with him went his code. I also doubt his solution would work with the current API surface.
