I am not sure if this is possible, but I thought I will ask. I need “Choose Side” Order Tag available only when Deluxe portion is selected. “Choose Side” Order Tag should not show when Plain portion is selected.

I am pretty sure that it isn’t available.
What I know is coming in v5 for sure is order tags to show after you click another order tag but I am not sure if he added that feature for portions. @na1978

It is available in v5. I demonstrated it in the beta forum. But not for Portions. Technically what you configured is not portions. Plain and Deluxe are not really portions. I know you can configure them that way but I think what I demonstrated in the beta forum would work better for you @na1978. I will post it here so others can see what will be possible in future.
This is not available yet it is a demonstration of whats going to be available with Version 5 when it releases.
Make a tag called Plain and a tag called Deluxe can set pricing accordingly. For the Plain tag you do not want anyother options so just leave that tag as is… but for the Deluxe you would make some additional tags as following.
Deluxe
Deluxe.French Fries
Deluxe.Loaded Potato
Deluxe.Mashed Potatoes
Deluxe.Baked Potato
Deluxe.Veggie
Deluxe.Rice

Ignore my 3.00 chicken strip price I just added this quickly to a preexisting menu for demonstration. You would simply select Add Tag price to order for yours.
Here is screenshot showing it with Tag Price added to order.

You should be able to map order tags to portions by using order tag’s filter setting. Can you try typing portion names for filter?
Correction: You can map order tag groups to portions from order tag group mapping.
