Hi, i set Re-Open Settled Ticket option and its working fine just one thing is not working. We cant select or change Customer with Re-Open settled ticket. please check my setting and tell is there any mistake.
That is for a reason. If you change customer then you would also have to remove payments etc.
Why do you wish to change customer on a settled ticket?
basically, I have to settled payment in a customer account but by mistake i settled payment by voucher now i have to re settled.
You will need to use automation for that. Try the change ticket entity action.
Edit: Or before you do that change the ticket state to Unpaid see if that works.

Try changing the ticket state from Paid to Unpaid. See if change customer works.
Should work. Ticket State should not matter. Are you logged in as Administrator?
Printing a ticket will lock the ticket. So you need to unlock them to be able to change customer.
Just print a ticket without settling it and see how “Unlock Ticket” is needed to change the customer.
