Re open settled tickets userwise

I have created reopen settled ticket it’s working only for admin. User level mapping also i did but still button as like this image

Mapping the automation command will show/hide.
State for visible/enable is probably wrong. Should be IsClosed or paid, can’t remember which.

Map the button to paid state and it will work now for paid tickets

I did the same but still not working other than admin user

Not on SU Admin or Administration?

Think its because you have blanked out enabled state column, try setting that back to * or at the very least paid Paid in the enabled state column and it should definitely work

Youve told samba to make the button visible in Paid state but not told it to enable that button to be used in that state

Mine is set to blank for enable and works, same as used on print button to allow printing paid/closed tickets.

SU Admin(Actual Admin) working but Admin and Administrator not working even i addd * in states field

Have you checked ‘can see other waiters tickets’ ? More than likely not this as you won’t even be able to view but a possibility?

It is working now after re config everything it’s working…thanks to all
