Receipt Printing backwards

I have a Star TSP100Eco, every time I print out a receipt it prints out backwards. Which makes it unreadable to the customer

Check your printer drivers. Printing backwards is not a SambaPOS issue its a driver issue or settings issue with your printer. Can you show a screenshot of your drivers settings page and maybe example of what your talking about?

I have checked the drivers. all up to date. It must be something within my template because the tickets print out the correct way and the customer receipt prints out backwards. Thanks for your help

Show your template then?

Try putting your drawer kick command at the end of the template. There is nothing about that template that should cause it to print backwards. If putting the kick command at end of the template doesnt work then it has to be a printer setting. When I said drivers i did not mean you need to update them. I meant it might be a driver setting.

I have put the draw kick command at the end. still no change. I am looking through my printer setup and everything looks correct to me.

Its definitely NOT the template. So that leaves your printer settings. Can you show an example of what its doing?

PS. Check the print job what is Printing Content set as?

PS2. I set your account so you can post screenshots.

Did you changed RTL Support setting for the printer? It should be None.

Where can I find the RTL Support setting? is it in the samba software or printer settings?

lol OK… when not clearly stated we’re talking about SambaPOS. Management > Settings > Printers > Ticket Printer.
