I have a few issues that i have gone through the forum and don’t understand how to do (i guess i need some screenshots and step by step tutorials).
Background: This is for a club bistro. Customer orders, payment is made immediately, then receipt is printed for every transaction.
Q1. How do I put a receipt for all transactions automatically whether it be cash or credit payment. ATM what is happening is that it is if i press cash (with exact amount) or credit card the ticket closes without printing a receipt. I dont know how to get the automation rules, bill print, actions (confusing for me) to work. Would you be able to help with a step by step guide.
Q2. I want to put a standard 1% credit card surchage on the total ticket price. Again having problems with doing this. I would also love for this to print a receipt when completed.
