Hello, I am using Auto Refresh on entity screens for Custom Report viewer widget and also Ticket lister.
And for both it doesn’t work when I have checked Auto refresh box.
It is a local install with message server and sql database. No network installation.
Is there a genaral issue or is this only in my specific setup? Do you work with auto refresh on the newest build of Samba and it works?
You can’t do local install and use multi terminal.
If single terminal, you don’t need message server.
Set a value other than 0 for the auto refresh interval. It’s in seconds, so try 20 or 30.
It is a local install. I am not using LocalDB.
- Yes, I thought that when I set up the message server it would “push” the data so the widgets would auto refresh.
- This is a workaround, but in fact the aim of my post is to find out if the Auto refresh checkbox has a bug and does not work at all for everyone, or if it is only my installation.
It’s just you. Auto refresh works fine. What do you mean by local install? Because what you said above makes no sense. If it’s a local install but your not using localdb then what are you using?
