Hello. Could someone tell me how to set up a ‘reminder prompt’ so that it pops up on the screen at a certain time? (the message would be to remind employees to Close and Start a new Work Period)

Make a trigger and a rule with trigger event and constraint to the trigger name.
Then you choose of message/prompt using, popup or ask question action.
