Ok so now that makes more sense. So yes when adding a table we should remove staff entity… one moment.

Instead of leaving it blank set it to an entity that does not exist. Use the Ticket Entity Changed rule event and set the constraint for Entity Type Equals Tables.

Yep it works perfectly and I’ve now added it to 2 clients tills.
Staff Entity just wasn’t needed once we had added a table as we didn’t need to switch user once a table was selected.
Appreciate the help I’m getting at the moment though, my knowledge of samba has increased significantly in the last few weeks. Still think I’m a mile off creating anything big yet though lol
