When an item is added to the ticket and it is pressed to display further options, if there are portions or modifiers the selection screen appears. however if you are selecting the item to remove it the portion and modifier screen doesnt disappear, you have to manually close it. Could it be set to automatically close when then item is removed from ticket so the main POS screen is shown?
if remove item is selected the item is removed from ticket BUT the portion/modifier screen remains, can this be set to automatically close when the item is removed?
Mine does not do that it goes back to main ticket view. Something else must be going on with yours.
EDIT: Ah it looks like you made a custom Remove Item button. Can you show the Action and Rules you used? If you do not mind me asking why the need for a custom Remove Item button when Cancel does what you need?
PS: its likely your custom button does not have refresh ticket in it.
BTW when presenting Issues in the Issues forum category please include any information that would be crucial to us understanding the issue. For example you said Remove Item, normally this would be the Cancel button on Order Line but I noticed you have a custom Remove Item button. This may not really be an issue it could just be configuration error. It helps us help you faster if you include everything even stuff you might have changed from default because we do not know what you have changed and what you have not changed and all of that information can impact your results.
Hi i set up the remove item button as i wanted to colour the button, change the name of it and add notification or permission if i decided to. So i want it to work just the like hard coded cancel button, i know there was a discussion a while ago about whether emre was going to make all the hard coded buttons available to edit i dont know if a decision was made on that or not so i wanted to set my own up that i could edit.
Actions and rules below, you;re right there isnt a refresh ticket action in my rule, i couldnt find an action i could create that is refresh ticket, what do i need to do to add this?
