I noticed it is only working when I use the ENTER button, but not when I click on the automation button. When I click on the button, it takes me back to the ticket, but there’s no customer assigned.
Also, clicking on the back-button will remove the customer from the ticket…

I guess replacing (hard-coded) buttons with Automation Commands is one way to accomplish Translation?
That’s right, I just wanted to be able to change the text of the button (and maybe find other things to do with my custom entity screen). It’s not that important, I was just under the impression that other people already had this working…
