I think you either don’t have permission or you delete the mapping of the Automation command
Void will be enabled for submitted orders, your orders in the screenshot you provided are showing non submitted, new orders. Cancel button is what you use for non submitted, new orders.
Did you remove Cancel Orders button or change the mapping for Cancel Orders button?
