Report Program Settings variably

Is there a way to create a report that sets the name of the setting it’s reporting on the fly:
Trying This:

    [Table:1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1]
    @{REPORT ENTITY DETAILS:E.Name:(ET=Employee):{0}::($2 != 0):,}
    {REPORT ENTITY DETAILS:E.Name:(EN=$1)}|{SETTING:'employee'+{REPORT ENTITY DETAILS:E.Name}+'Hourly'}
