Reports: Unable to see report of Full month

Version 4 V4 Question

i am unable to see full month report meaning
if i select (this month/ previous month) period
then i get result from 2nd of the month not 1st.

for example
previous month selected.
get result raning from 02 03 2015 to 30 03 2015.

why is that so and may i know how to deal with this?

It is because you have no WorkPeriod that started and ended on March 01.

You can use the date filter in the upper-right to adjust the range. Try setting the start to: 28 02 2015

i have tried with providing date ranges but still get the same result

Did you have a work period for the 1st?

please note in sql can see 30 nov but its not refelcting on the report

i notice one thing i put the date 01 11 2014 01 12 2014

then i got

output from 01 nov - 20 nov

That possibly still shows the result from left combobox. Can you try selecting today from combo and enter ranges again?

Also for first question you need to enter 1 1 2015 - 1 2 2015 to see full monthly reports. As people don’t remember ending day for all months they enter beginning of next month: That’s why we don’t include ending day.
