[Request] Reservation System for v5

Hi everyone,

I think we could use a really good reservation system. I saw the tutorial for v4 but it requires monetary ticket values.

I want a reservation system where we can reserve but not add any ticket value, this way it won’t mess with reports or end work period. If it could create a popup 30 minutes before that would be even better.

I have tried some custom work flows for it but with little luck.

Well we have the ability to mark tickets as preorder. These do not affect reports until they are made into real tickets.

@Jesse - do these affect our ability to close a work period?

No they don’t. Reservation is what they were made for.
