My sambaPOS mobile client does not show a ticket tag
when I order food with my system and I add a note to it, it shows on the printed bill
but when I order with my phone it does not show and I tried using: tag or free tag
Any help, please

I’ve changed your topic to a question as it isn’t an issue. The mobile client doesn’t support actions and rules so doesn’t support ticket tags
so there is no way to make the ticket show comments
