Sorry I thought you are asking for setting up multiple terminals.
I couldn’t fully understand your question (my English is not that good too). We have two waiter tracking options for V2.
- You can create separate pins for every user from
Management > Users. If every waiter log-ins with their pin code you can see some user reports on work period report. - You can create
Waiterticket tag, add waiter names as tags and assign a waiter for each ticket. You’ll see ticket counts and total amounts by waiter at the end of day report.
V2 is really an outdated version so this is just what I can remember. I’ll recommend you to search through http://forum2.sambapos.org/ forum. There are a lot of info about V2 there.
