Hi I have a question. How to set mc3 to be portrait instead of landscape?
Just installed mc3 on 2 tabs. 1 came portrait and the other landscape. Checking android setting and it looks identical.
Both tabs set to be portrait and as soon as mc3 loads it override settings of android and switches to landscape.
Where can I find those kind of settings on mc3?
It’s designed to change for screen size. If it’s 8” or larger it will do landscape if it’s less than. 8” it will be portrait.
You can also change resolution sometimes to activate landscape on 8” tablets. Set your screen size setting bigger in android settings to try and force portrait.
got 2 identical tabs.
1 became portrait the other landscape.
owner of the restaurants want to be in the same orientation.
I can send video tommo. 2 identical tabs bought same time from the same shop. shows different way.
spend like 1h looking for difference between settings and could not find.
even did factory restet always come back same.
It is not a setting on the app is what I’m saying. We auto scale it to portrait if it’s less than 8” if it’s bigger it auto scales to landscape
But I think you missed what I said. Within android settings and display settings you can try increasing size see if it will make resolution smaller triggering the portrait mode.
