Are you asking how to make a backup after formatting your server? You should backup your stuff before deleting them. I hope this is just a translation mistake or something.
You can create backups from Management > Settings > Database Backups.

A lot of people are using 2012 probably because of some older tutorials but you really should use the latest version which is 2014.
