Set up for multiple choice : flavors, toppings etc

I am trying to set up Ice cream Sundaes and shakes. They all have many different toppings/ flavors choices that would be interchangeable.
I have entered Sundae sizes, how can I flow with topping choices?

Using Order Tags as Product Modifiers

You can use Order Tags to define modifiers for menu items. With SambaPOS V4 you can define global, product group based or product based order tags. Let’s see how it works.
