Settle Issue with Dollar currency

I am using Sambapos v532 and faced one problem while settling the payment.
I use two currencies Dollar ($) and Riel (៛). It sometimes works and does not work with the dollar, but Riel currency works properly.

Can you share the images of the steps that you applied one by one please?

The released version from 5.3.2 to 5.3.6 face the same problem. It may be from the Database language.
